Had andew as a bud tender my last trip, he was very very helpful, I’m sort of anxious socially, so he was able to explain everything easily for me. Eddie on my next trip was just as helpful and polite! Highly recommend, if you want an easy time doing something so much of us have anxiety about.

Rootdown has amazing budtenders Wesley & Eddie and truly 5-star service. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to answer questions, explain products, and make sure you feel comfortable with your purchase. The atmosphere is professional, friendly, and easygoing, which makes the whole experience even better. I definitely recommend Rootdown to anyone looking for great customer service and a helpful team.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. And I enjoy seeing familiar faces. I always feel at ease and always have a smooth time when I go there. Being located on my way home, they are becoming my "Go To" dispensary.
